Registration, Guests, Social Programme and Accommodation

This on-line registration system is for paying delegates. If you are not required to pay all or part of the registration fee, do not use this form. There are some discounts available for those working in the voluntary sector and for conference presenters. Notes and checkboxes below for those who qualify.

This system will allow you to register for the conference, hire a bicycle, register guests, choose social events, book the pre-conference cycle tour and book accommodation in both Edinburgh and Glasgow.

At the end of the registration process you can choose whether to submit credit card details using Meeting Makers'  (the Conference Secretariat) secure on-line e-commerce system or provide your payment card details by fax or post. Instructions will be provided at the appropriate point in the process.

Note that our database system will key in on a combination of your surname, email address and the 6 character password which you must enter on this form. The system is case sensitive, for example "erl" is not the same as "Erl". Once you have entered information and made your choices on this and subsequent forms and clicked on each of the "next" buttons it can only be changed by email. Please take care.

If you do not complete the registration process at this time, for whatever reason, the provision of a password will enable you to pick up the process at a future date.
